Set up your game

Four steps from install to your first verified time. If you can change a setting in Forza, you can do this.

    Download the client

    Get the Project Horizon app for Windows and run the installer. It's the bridge between Forza and the ladder.

    Sign in

    Open the app and sign in with your Project Horizon account. No account yet? You can create one right inside the app.

    Turn on Data Out in Forza Horizon 6

    In FH6, open Settings → HUD and Gameplay and scroll to the Data Out section. Switch it on and copy these three values exactly:

    127.0.0.1
    IP Port
    9909

    Drive

    That's it. Drive to the start of any course in Free Roam. The app arms itself, starts the clock when you cross the line, and posts your time the moment you reach the finish. Watch it land on the leaderboard.

Stuck on a black screen of numbers?

If runs aren't showing up: make sure Forza and the app are on the same PC, that Data Out is ON with port 9909, and that the app says "Connected" at the top. Windows may ask to allow the app through the firewall the first time, choose Allow.
